As a registered Ontario Business Registry Agent and Corporations Canada Registered Intermediary, David is authorized to query the official NUANS system directly on behalf of clients preparing Ontario incorporations, federal incorporations, and Canadian trademark filings.

David has operated a registered NUANS search report house since April 1995, delivering more than 3,600 NUANS reports and incorporating more than 1,000 businesses. He registered nuansreports.com on August 19, 1999 — making it one of Canada's longest-running dedicated name search services.
